We are Gaëlle and Adam, a French couple living in Auckland since 2020. 

​

Gaëlle discovered baking very young with her Grandmother who taught her how to bake French pastry classics. She never lost passion for pastry, baking at all presented opportunities (e.g. birthday parties, Sunday lunches, work morning teas). To eventually taking and passing the French Pastry Certificate of Professional Competence during her maternity leave, in 2018.

Adam has always enjoyed eating his mother's and Gaelle's delicious pastries with no moderation :).

​

After moving to New Zealand, we noticed that it was not easy to find our childhood French cakes. So Gaëlle started baking them at home to Adam and our little's one's delight. But she quickly realized that it was challenging to get all the essential ingredients from one single grocery shop.

​

By created Et Voila!, we decided to solve two problems in one:

- be able to easily bake delicious French pastries and

- not having to spend hours in different grocery shops to find the finest ingredients.

​

Et Voila! is the first all-in-one pastry kit which offers a fun ​baking experience. Each kit includes all the pre-portioned dry ingredients and baking moulds to prepare one pastry classic. Thanks to the illustrated recipe card, you will be assisted step-by-step to succeed in your preparation.
